Anna partners with professionals and entrepreneurs who want to maximize their influence as effective mentors and leaders. In this capacity, she helps clients navigate leadership challenges through the exploration and understanding of individual and organizational mindsets, biases and assumptions.

Past clients include leaders from EMC, PNC, Freddie Mac, Kaiser Permanente, Target, Microsoft, SAP, Harvard University, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Recent engagements include group facilitation and executive coaching of high-potential and senior level multicultural leaders in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

Anna’s coaching and facilitation skills–informed by human development, psychology, sociology, neuroscience, and change management theories—are grounded on her 20 years of professional experience in the Financial Services, Health Care, and Technology industries. As a technology analyst, Anna was a sought-after thought leader whose commentary was featured on CNN, CNBC, PBS, and quoted in The New York Times, BusinessWeek, and Forbes Magazine. Her insights on the topic have been translated into Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Japanese.  She is bilingual in Spanish and enjoys writing about leadership, empowerment and the challenges and opportunities of changing demographics. In 2006, Anna’s editorial commentary on immigration and education was awarded national recognition at the First National Ethnic Media Awards in Washington D.C.

Anna holds a Master’s degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education with a focus on adult and leadership development. She received an MBA from the F. W. Olin School at  Babson College, and a Bachelor’s of Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University. She lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband and son. A lifelong learner, Anna’s new challenge is to learn how to play the cajón, a percussion instrument from her native Perú.
