Before establishing my practice, I litigated employment law matters with Jackson Lewis LLP, where I advised and counseled employers on a wide variety of employment law issues. I also served as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Hartford, Connecticut and was responsible for employment matters, policy development, and litigation management. My experience in both the private and public sector has given me the ability to appreciate and navigate issues in a broad spectrum.
I am a certificate holder with the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), as well as the Convener for the AWI New England Local Circle.
